We are so very excited to tell you about a great opportunity that has been given to us. During what I believe to have been a divine appointment, we met the owner of the property that is behind our church building. The area in which our church building is located is quickly developing. When we first moved to this location, the street was a dirt road; now it is a paved main thoroughfare. This choice piece of real estate is up for sale. The total cost is $20,000.00 for 1,657 square feet.
A friend has already sent a check for $20,000.00 as a loan to purchase the property before it is sold to someone else. We are being asked to pay the loan back within three months. We have $5,000.00 already donated for this purpose. Would you please pray about having a part in this exciting opportunity for our church and Christian school ministry?
When we secure the property, we will need to invest in it in order to use it to its full potential. This is an effectual open door that we want to walk through while it is available.
