Daniel and Rachel Solt Prayer Letter: A Month of MomentumThank you for the time you spend in prayer on behalf of our family and for your faithful giving. March was the month of momentum. Our support level is now at 21%, and our calendar for the remaining year is filling up. God continues to bless and guide!

March started off in Humphrey, New York, at Humphrey Baptist Church. Pastor Freundschuh allowed me the privilege of preaching the morning service. What a sweet time we had! From there, we traveled to Delaware, Ohio, to be with Pastor Waterhouse and Grace Baptist Church for their Missions Sunday. This church is a longtime supporter of my parents, so it was extra special to meet them.

Traveling north to Corunna, Michigan, we spent the next few days with Immanuel Baptist Church for their Missions Conference. The preaching, singing, fellowship, and food were a blessing. The zeal for multiplying the Gospel was the heartbeat of the conference. Our next stop was Oak Creek, Wisconsin, with our dear friends at Faith Baptist Church. Pastor Noonan, the staff, and the church family put together a memorable Missions Conference. The theme was, “Carry on the Call.” It was hard to leave this sweet church. After the conference, we were able to attend the Servants’ Conference at First Baptist Church of Hammond. The Holy Spirit did a work in our hearts through the many speakers and sessions. Also, we were so blessed to see many friends that we have made along the deputation trail.

The next weekend was spent in Independence, West Virginia, with Oak Grove Baptist Church. The missions director, Braden Miller, was in college with me, so it was wonderful to spend time with him and his family and then meet his pastor and loving church. Pastor Johnson graciously had me preach all of the Sunday services; and, glory to God, three souls were saved. We left encouraged and blessed by the love of this church. We finished up March in Fishers, Indiana, at Fishers Baptist Church for their Missions Conference. It was an encouragement to see fellow believers invest their Spring Break time at a conference. Pastor Falk and these sweet people went above and beyond for us, and we are so thankful for their kindness.

Soul Report

In March, we were able to present the Gospel to two souls. I was out on visitation in Wisconsin (in bitter-cold, lake weather) when my soul-winning partner and I were invited into Sylvia’s home. While my soul-winning partner witnessed to Sylvia’s son Vincente, I was able to inquire as to her salvation. I was thrilled to find that she had a strong testimony of salvation but was out of church due to recently moving into the area. I encouraged her to be at church the following day. As we left the home, I rejoiced in the fact that her son had just received Christ, and then on Sunday, both came to the service. Praise Jesus!

Family Update

We are so thankful that spring is here! We praise the Lord that our health has remained strong throughout recent months. Ruby is very active! She is a daring climber. In recent days, we find her on top of chairs looking over the edge and saying, “Uh oh!” Next month, we will have some exciting ministry news to share with you. Stay tuned! Thank you once again!

Prayer Requests

1. Opportunities to present the Gospel
2. Wisdom as we continue to book meetings

May our lives glorify Him,
