We are grateful to everyone we have met who has encouraged us along our journey. We feel truly blessed to be an extension of many different churches. Thank you for your prayers and support as we continue our deputation journey. God has blessed us with many material items we need to continue our journey. We appreciate everyone who has given to us financially to make it easier to travel with our children.
We attended Missions University at First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana. It was a blessing to hear veteran missionaries speak on many topics and to be able to fellowship with others.
We also were able to attend West Park Baptist Church in Rockwell, North Carolina, with Pastor Billy Sechrist. My family and I were able to go soul winning on that Saturday at a Spanish community there in Rockwell. I was able to lead three men to the Lord: Luis Ocampo, Octavio Felix, and Raul Trujillo. Praise God! Pray that the Lord will allow Pastor Sechrist to open a Spanish Ministry there in Rockwell. There is a great need in that area for the Spanish-speaking community. We are pleased that we will be able to partner with West Park Baptist Church.
Please keep us in your prayers as we transition from part-time deputation to full-time deputation. We will be in Randleman, North Carolina, with Pastor Anthony Green and Academy Street Baptist Church for our next meeting. Please pray that we will continue to hear back from others with whom the Lord would have us partner. We praise the Lord that we heard back from other churches and are now at 7% of our needed support.
