Dan and Lana Siemer Prayer Letter: Whirlwind Months of ServiceWe just finished a Prayer Conference and were reminded that (1) without the Lord, we can do nothing and that (2) prayer is essential to secure the Lord’s presence, power, and direction in His work. Once again, we thank you for your priceless prayer support for us and your other missionary representatives.

These have been whirlwind months. The first week of October was invested in Alexandria, Egypt, teaching biblical missions in their Bible college. Much time was invested praying and preparing. It’s one thing to teach missions in a nation with religious liberty, but it’s another to teach it to a persecuted church due to the applications of biblical truth. You know the joy of knowing that this truth has vital, practical applications, which we yearn to learn and apply. God blessed mightily. Thanks for praying!

Returning, Lana and I had one day to pack and depart for our annual trip out West for Missions Conferences. The transition was challenging, but the Lord made it work. Soon it became apparent that the Egypt trip was God’s way to prepare us for the conferences. He wondrously blessed the meetings with souls saved, growth in Faith Promise commitments, and, most of all, a precious spirit of love and unity in obedience to the Great Commission. We can’t thank God enough for 5,083 accident-free miles. Thanks for praying!

Please remember the following as you pray:

1. Preparations for the Peru trips of January and June
2. God’s direction, whether I should return to teach in Egypt at the end of February and, if so, what topic He would want me to teach
3. God’s blessings teaching the Practical Medical Training class at Hyles-Anderson College and the Acts and Missions class in the Hammond Bible Institute, both beginning in January
4. Our health, as both Lana and I are facing new challenges

Please accept our heartfelt desire that God would bless you richly this Thanksgiving and Christmas season. The Lord is showing Himself faithful, as in a season of increasing adversity, His blessings are richer and more distinct than ever. Thanks again for faithfully giving and praying!

Please don’t hesitate to let us know if we can be of any service.

Love and prayers from our home to yours,

Dan and Lana Siemer
