Christopher Sage Prayer Letter: 20 Souls Saved in Spite of Ministry RestrictionsThank you for your support and prayers over the past two months. It has been interesting with all the ministry restrictions.

We decided to delay the start of the new church in Queretaro until the restrictions for assembly are lifted and the fear of social distancing is not as strong. Of course, door-to-door soul winning, inviting people to church, discipleship, and visitation are very important and essential to the start of a new church plant. Being able to congregate to have public services is likewise necessary.

There is good news, in that, Pastor Josue Aguilar and his family were able to find a house to rent. We still need your prayers for a place to rent for the church to meet. Once we secure the needed facility, we can furnish the building and prepare the literature. Then we need to knock on 5,000 to 10,000 doors before the Evangelistic Campaign the week before the Grand Opening.

I am getting hungry to get involved in a new church plant and to preach and teach the Word of God; nevertheless, the Lord seems to have given extra grace in prayer recently. It has been wonderful to spend 40-50 hours a week in nothing else but the Word of God and mostly in prayer. Sometimes people feel sorry for me being all alone, but the fellowship with the Lord has been unusually wonderful, and I have been praying for many of you.

By the grace of the Lord, I have been able to go for a daily walk or to a store or something similar, and in that manner, I have still been able to go soul winning during this health crisis. I have seen 20 people saved in such daily contacts since the onset of the precautions.

The Lord also gave me a new supporting church at the end of February during a short trip to the United States. A good number of the churches I visited in the fall have also taken me on recently.

Prayer Requests

1. Pray for a place to rent for the church start in Queretaro.
2. Pray for the Lord to work in hearts and give us people in Queretaro.

Yours for souls,
