Charles Osgood Prayer Letter: Reaching Souls From the Village to the UniversityThank you for partnering with us to help reach West Africa for Christ!

Singles’ Activity in Adwafo

On February 13, we took a group of 25 of our church singles to the village of Adwafo to distribute some clothing, which was donated by members of Fundamental Baptist Church International in Kumasi, to the people and also to present the Gospel to them. Our college graduate, Pastor Collins Agyei, pastors a church in this village, and he and his members invited visitors to attend. Sixty adult and teen visitors came, as well as about 40 children! We were able to divide the visitors into small groups and share the Gospel with them. Many of the visitors placed their faith in Christ alone for salvation! Please pray that these new converts will join the church in Adwafo and become Christ’s disciples.

Soul Winning

In my last prayer letter, I asked for prayer for the salvation of the chief of Barekuma. On February 6, I was able to go to his house and share the Gospel with him. He was happy to receive the truth, and he prayed and asked Christ to be his Saviour! Please pray that he will come to church and grow. Also, pray for his wife Grace to be saved.

We have been soul winning each week at a nearby university. In February and March, I was able to lead 14 students to Christ; 3 of these students have visited our church. We now have between 4 and 7 students attending our church each week. I have started a WhatsApp group for the students who have trusted Christ in order to stay connected with them and help them be established in their faith. Thousands of students attend this university, and most of those we have met have been very open to the Gospel. Please pray for the door to stay open for us to witness to these students. Pray for more students to be saved. Also, pray that God will give us wisdom to be able to help these new converts to grow and become laborers in the harvest field.

Thank you so much for your prayers! They make a difference!

In Christ,

Charles, Lindsey, and Josiah Osgood
