Caleb and Emily Christiansen Prayer Letter: Occupy Till I ComeGreetings from down South! We have been traveling in the South for the past month after some time in the Midwest. The weather we’ve encountered has been very hot and humid—perfect training weather for Nigeria! 😊 We are always grateful for the extra training that God provides for us.

Thank you all for praying that churches would continue to take us on. Over half of the churches that we have been to in the last two months have already taken us on for support. In fact, we had three churches in a row vote to take us on right in the service. We praise the Lord that we are now just under 70% of our needed support.

Emma has reached another great milestone! She turned one year old on May 11. It’s hard to believe that a whole year has passed since she made her grand entrance. In many ways, it feels like she just arrived, but we can hardly imagine what life would be like without her. And, as you can see by the picture here, she definitely enjoyed her birthday cake.

Please pray with us that as the weather warms up, people’s hearts will warm to the Gospel as well. We have found that around the country, generally speaking, people are now more comfortable talking with strangers about the Gospel despite some people’s fear of COVID. So far this year, we’ve only had one person call the authorities on us to complain about us going door to door spreading the Gospel. 😊 Let’s take advantage of this and be diligent to reach people with the Gospel in these summer months. “. . . Occupy till I come.” (Luke 19:13)

That all the world may know,

Caleb Christiansen
