For the month of April, we both began and closed out the month in the beautiful state of Montana! We were blessed to present our ministry and preach for Faith Baptist Church of Bozeman, Beartooth Mountain Baptist Church of Red Lodge, Fellowship Baptist Church of Miles City, Faith Baptist Church of Lodge Grass, Lighthouse Baptist Church of Butte, Heritage Baptist Church of Great Falls, Lake City Baptist Church of Polson, as well as Capital City Baptist Church of Helena, Montana! We were also with Central Baptist Church of Gillette, Wyoming; and we dropped in at Jericho Baptist Church of Gillette. We have had a very busy month, with many miles traveled, but we have experienced God’s strength, blessings, and grace through all of it.
While at Beartooth Mountain Baptist Church, we were privileged to teach the children about Kenya, Africa, during their midweek service time, as well as make them a personal dish that we would normally eat there! While staying the week at Central Baptist Church in Gillette, Wyoming, Pastor Clem invited me to join his family at a Preachers’ Conference in Buffalo. I was encouraged and challenged by the messages given and had an opportunity to share with the pastors there about the ministry in Kenya! Pastor Clem also gave me the opportunity to share Kenya, as well as preach at one of the local Christian schools in town for their morning chapel time! It was a blessing to be able to share my testimony with them and to challenge them to seek Christ first and always.
While at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Butte, Montana, Pastor Inboden allowed me to join him the next morning for a men’s Bible study at a men’s home for those on the road to recovery. It was a wonderful time of fellowship and getting to know the men in the home, as well as sitting together around the table in God’s Word! We also had a Missions Conference at Heritage Baptist Church in Great Falls. There we were able to share Junior Church with another single missionary lady going to Germany. It was fun teaching the children about Africa, as well as answering their many questions!
We ended the month with two last-minute meetings that the Lord clearly brought together. We were blessed to share East Africa and the ministry with Lake City Baptist Church and Capital City Baptist Church. Thank you, Pastor Lee and Pastor Bartosik, for the opportunity to be with you while in the area.
Lastly, we want to say ‘Thank you” to Maranatha Baptist Church of Corinth, Mississippi; Hope Bible Baptist Church of Maple Rapids, Michigan; Amazing Grace Baptist Church of St. Charles, Missouri; Parkview Baptist Church of Livonia, Michigan; Lighthouse Baptist Church of Butte, Montana; Faithway Baptist Church of Elk Grove, California; and Berean Baptist Church of Galesville, Wisconsin, for partnering with us to reach the lost across East Africa! We now praise the Lord for the 61% support that we are currently at. Thank you all so much for the faithful prayers and support as we aim to bring the Gospel to the lost in Kenya and East Africa.
