Bob and Jacqueline Bowen Prayer Letter: Thank God for His Word!“I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.” (Psalm 138:2)

Thank God, we have a copy of the Word of God in our language! What would we do if we did not have a copy of God’s Word?

On the 23rd of July, the 35th container of Scriptures was delivered to our BEST Missions Distribution Center in Bangkok. What a blessing it is to be able to deliver the Word of God to the people of Southeast Asia. My distribution manager Tan reported that BEST is providing Bibles to over 400 pastors and missionaries in that region of the world. Praise the Lord!

I was privileged to attend several conferences in July. We thank God for good Baptist churches and individuals that support and pray for BEST Missions to meet the great need of making the Word of God available.

I was honored to preach at the First Baptist Church of Hammond Annual Missions Conference in March and received a good love offering for BEST Missions. Because of that, BEST was able to provide 11,000 John & Romans for bus routes of FBCH. The greatest need the world has is a copy of God’s Word—even in America!

My wife is recovering well from her kidney transplant. Thank you for your prayers!

I was able to travel to several more churches this month to make aware the need for people around the world to have a copy of the Word of God.

I attended a great conference at Parkside Baptist Church in Mesquite, Texas. Dr. Douglas Stauffer taught on the importance of the King James Bible. The need for this conference is great. We need not go looking for a better translation than the KJB in the English language.

BEST Missions has its 36th container on its way to Thailand. The Lord has provided 5 containers this year, and there are still 3 more that are ready for shipping. Because of the inflation, it is getting increasingly harder and more expensive to send Bibles to many places. The need is great!

I thank you so much for your continued support and prayers for the ministry that God has called us to. We count it an honor to distribute Scriptures around the world.

My wife continues to improve. I want you to know it was truly a miracle that she received her new kidney! She was able to travel some with me to some great fellowships and revivals. Thank you again for your prayers.

We love you and thank you so much for all you do.

Into all the world,

Bob Bowen
