Like so many churches, Anchor Baptist Church has been greatly affected by the current pandemic. We have not been able to meet in person on a Sunday since the middle of March, and we have only met two times in person on Wednesday evenings. For those meetings, we met in a motorcycle-shop parking lot.
The church that we were renting from is no longer allowing us to use the building. The search continues to find a new meeting location.
This Tuesday, I have a meeting at a local hotel. The cost is high, but we really need a place to meet. They are asking $500 for one room on Sundays. We would have the room from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Please pray for God’s will in this matter. I prepared a short video emphasizing the meeting on Tuesday.
