Jerry Wyatt Jr. Prayer Letter: God's Timing Is Perfect“Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.” (Psalm 33:1)

The word comely in the above verse means “beautiful.” We can conclude then that praising the Lord as a believer makes us beautiful! It is of the utmost importance that we have a countenance that draws people to the Lord. My countenance will be beautiful as long as I continue to praise the Lord!

The Lord has blessed in a wonderful way thus far in 2018! Currently, we have 4 adults involved in one-on- one discipleship. Please pray that Javid, Barry, Adam, and Kathy would continue to grow in grace. Javid was born in Canada to parents from Iran. On February 18, Javid came forward during the invitation and accepted Jesus Christ as Saviour! We are currently trying to schedule a time for him to be baptized. Barry and Adam were baptized at the end of 2017, and Kathy was saved and baptized in January of this year. It is very encouraging to see a desire in these new converts to know more of the Word!

In addition to these blessings, we saw 3 men saved at the prison on February 24. The Lord has allowed us to preach the Gospel at FRCC for almost 10 years. Please pray for this opportunity, as the chaplain we have worked with the entire time will be retiring at the end of this month.

Our family would like to thank you for praying for the wedding of our son Caleb and Abbey Williams. It was such a special time with many family members and friends. Please continue to pray for them as Caleb completes his senior year of Bible college. We are looking forward to attending his graduation on May 2. Just this week they applied to be missionaries with Baptist International Missions Incorporated (BIMI). They are currently planning to be in Candidate School this June!

We have seen the mighty hand of the Lord many times in our family since arriving here in Vancouver almost 18 years ago. Our son is married and about to complete Bible college. Our daughter Brianna will complete her first year of Bible college next month. Our daughter Emma is in Grade 8 and helps out in so many ways at home and in the ministry. We give God all the glory for this! We also thank each of you for every prayer sent on our behalf.

God is so good!
