I want to begin by wishing all of you a Happy New Year full of opportunities to share the good news with those who have not heard. Here in Guatemala, we are grateful for the blessings of the past year. God has been so good to us!
I want to thank Pastor Escobar of the Exodus Baptist Church of Knoxville, Tennessee, for giving us a Toyota minivan and for having us preach in a Family Conference last November. Thanks also to Pastor Danny Ortiz for helping us to visit North Carolina. Thank you also to Pastors Albert Lopez of the Open Door Baptist Church and Leonardo Lopez of the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, both in North Carolina. A special thanks to Pastor Gary Beadles of the Calvary Baptist Church in Coldwater, Mississippi, for his advice and financial help to help us pay the customs’ fee for the minivan in Guatemala.

Please pray for a new Bible Club we will be starting this year in the local junior high school here. Pray that God will give us willing and cooperative students in the club meetings, that souls will be saved, and that God’s kingdom will be advanced through this effort.
San Jose Pinula
Please pray for a new meeting place in the town of San Jose Pinula. The old meeting places are no longer suitable. Pray also for a meeting place in the village of Puerta Negra.

Quiero iniciar esta carta, deseandoles a todos un feliz ano lleno de oportunidades para compartir las Buenas Nuevas con aquellos que no han escuchado. Estamos agradecidos aqui en Guatemala, por las bendiciones del ano pasado ! Dios ha sido tan bueno con nosotros!.
Quiero agradecer al Pastor Escobar de la iglesia Exodo en Knoxville TN, por darnos una minivan Toyota y por darme la oportunidad de predicar en su Conferencia de la Familia,el Noviembre pasado.
