Andres Nunez Prayer Letter: It's Been a Good Year!Thank you, dear friends, for your prayers. We are doing well. My wife is recovering very well from the surgery she had two month ago. She is doing light work, but according to the doctor, she will be fully recovered in one more month. My daughter Andrea started school at the beginning of 2015. She is already behind four months. We could not have the books delivered, so we waited until a family member returned to Venezuela and brought them to us. Please keep praying for me; I’m still recovering from the chikungunya virus. My wrist and knees are still in pain.

Our church is doing well. We had 4 new members join the church; we also had 10 members move to others cities to be members of other Baptist churches. We will be celebrating our 10th anniversary the first Sunday of February. We have two families that have been with us from the beginning, and they are still faithfully attending church.

Our soul winning has been our best tool for reaching souls for the Lord. We have been preaching the Gospel almost everywhere in Guatire and the surrounding areas. Lately we have been preaching in the supermarket. That is where the people are in lines waiting to buy food. Sometimes it is difficult for us to bring them to church to teach and baptize them, but we still enjoy being there to preach the Gospel.

Please keep praying for the situation in Venezuela. I believe most of you know what is going on here. Also pray for us as we go soul wining. They are some people who claim to be Christians in order to rob and kidnap people, and that could be negative on our behalf.
.
The church has seen 519 souls saved and 5 follow the Lord in baptism during the last two months! For the 2014 year, we had 2,234 souls saved and 15 baptized! Praise the Lord!

Prayer Requests:

For health and safety
For the Lord to supply the monthly support that we need
For the salvation of people of Venezuela
For land on which to build the church

Sincerely,

The Nunez Family
