We had an enjoyable Good Friday evening service. The weather, praise the Lord, was exceptional. Theresa, along with several of our ladies and teenage girls, got busy hours earlier to put together a traditional Bahamian fish fry, which they served following the preaching. We highlighted our Saviour’s seven sayings on the Cross. Unofficially, 120 attended. Being on an island, the fish was not hard to come by. Haitian rice, coleslaw, and potato-beet salad completed the menu. Everyone was able to experience the food and fellowship outside.

The weather continued to be beautiful through Easter. Although no one was saved during the long weekend, two teen girls accepted Christ in one of our services a week earlier. Another teenage girl by the name of Florence came to Christ as Theresa and I were out soul winning. She was probably instructed not to open the door to strangers, so we shared the plan of salvation with her through a front window.

Theresa and I were invited to be included in a multi-church Missions Conference from March 17-21 while we had to leave the Bahamas to renew our visas. The five churches are located in Southwest Florida. When we leave Abaco, we are only in flight about 40 minutes before we touch down in Florida. It was a blessed time to be able to share our field by giving testimonies and preaching in Port Charlotte, North Port, Naples, Osprey, and Fort Myers.
