SOUL WINNING
What an amazing two months it has been! God has truly blessed our hearts in the matter of reaching the lost for the cause of Christ. We thank God for those who sowed the seeds before us and for the Lord Who prepared the hearts. We thoroughly enjoyed going out soul winning with each church and feel honored that God would use us as His vessels. Some men enjoyed being my silent partner as I witnessed with my trusty pen and paper. Overall, we were able to lead 8 people to Christ. We were also thrilled to hear that Akwasi, one of the Deaf men in Ghana, had recently started going soul winning as well. The most exciting salvation was our son Malachi’s, who put his trust in Christ alone!
DEPUTATION
Just as Elijah must have been humbled to receive provision from the widow who had given her all, we, too, are extremely humbled by those who have given sacrificially for our family. God has provided time and time again, but He has used you, His vessels. Our hearts are stirred as we reflect on our journey of deputation. There are so many who have been willing to be used, so many who have continually prayed for us. These past two months, God has blessed us by giving us several new churches who have agreed to partner with us to reach the Deaf in Ghana with the Gospel.
PRAYER REQUESTS
We are asking for fervent prayers for our vehicle. We have been blessed by churches that have given towards the repairs, but as I type this letter, we are waiting for some additional repairs. Please continue to pray that God will provide meetings. Pray that we will not only have the opportunity to share our burden but also that God will speak to the hearts of His people to partner with us. We long for the day when we are able to go to Ghana.
